Sobbing concrete towers
Must draw air till our dying breath,
Put kettle on and feel tights on lino flooring
Looking down carpeted staircases,
Through lacquer painted slats,
Of late night movies flesh and blood
Elated beauty and wondrous times
Hungover are reborn every tainted morning.
